Citadel FPS does NOT collect your personal files, browsing history, keystrokes, in-game communications, or gaming telemetry.

Email Address: Provided by you during purchase or support requests, used exclusively for sending license activation keys and customer service replies.
Hardware Fingerprint (HWID Hash): A one-way cryptographic SHA-256 hash computed from non-sensitive system identifiers (e.g. motherboard model, processor architecture). This hash is irreversible and cannot be used to identify your real identity.
License Verification Logs: Server timestamps, active license tier, and public IP address for cryptographic heartbeat validation and anti-abuse protection.

3. Payment & Financial Data

All financial transactions are handled directly by our Merchant of Record partners (e.g., Paddle.com). Citadel FPS never collects, stores, or processes your credit card numbers, bank account credentials, or security codes (CVV). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertising brokers. Data is retained only for as long as your license pass is active or as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
